Flows

A flow is a predefined set of destinations that can be used in other Configuration directives. It is like the default calls will be directed/actions will be taken, allowing to use the same steps of destinations in several places and maintain in a single location.

Variable name – allows for setting/passing User Defined variables (USR-)towards the softswitch and have the softswitch execute various tasks based on the values of these user defined variables at a later time (for example in a second flow, or based on the return of another process/variable).
